You didn’t give any units, but i assume that the units are mg/dl. the cut-off for fasting blood glucose is 126 mg/dl, not 100 mg/dl. in fact, fasting blood glucose levels up to 110 mg/dl are considered within normal range. you are fine. posted by qxrt at 8:28 pm on september 7, 2011. Hypoglycemic attacks; 102 fasting glucose. i’m 22, female, healthy weight, no family history of diabetes and have never been diagnosed with it. i have always suffered from hypoglycemic attacks (increased pulse rate, dizziness, shaking, etc.) when i go too long without eating.. 101 – 125 mg/dl = prediabetes 126 and above = diabetes therefore, according to the chart above, if the 102 mg/dl blood sugar level was from a fasting glucose test, then it may indicate prediabetes..
