Can Diabetics Ever Have A Cheat Meal?

Can diabetics ever have a cheat meal? as a wellness and diabetes coach, one of the goals my clients come to me with most often is the desire to have a balanced and healthy relationship with food. eating healthy, clean foods is only one part of this. the other part of their work in their coaching program is to fit cheat meals in their week,….. i would be extremely ill. so no way would i ever have a cheat day. i have lots of treats though. what you pick depends on your preferences and your. But, diabetes cheat meals or days come with a price to pay. higher glucose levels – even if temporary. weight gain potential because one meal or one day will lead to another during the week, and then another; that’s just human nature.. If you are going to control your diabetes, you just can’t eat like that. if you are going to control weight, you can’t eat like that. you can do it. you don’t need a diabetes cheat day; you just need to understand and practice portion control and add just a bit of exercise..
